Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping

All orders are naturally crafted which takes time to craft and package. Processing can take between 5-7 business days to ship. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We are not currently shipping international but plan to very soon. 

Shipping Carriers

We are currently utilizing United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping carrier.Orders are shipped Expedited or USPS Priority. When orders are delivered to USPS, you will receive a tracking information via email. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once we deliver to USPS. Texture By DCG are not responsible for delivery delays because of incorrect/undeliverable address, inclement weather, or damages by carrier. 

Wrong Order

If you receive the wrong order or have product(s) missing from your order, please email us at texturebydcg@gmail.com and include in your subject line your issue. We will correct your order and the same processing and shipping days will apply.
